Life might provide us with unforeseen obstacles, yet these experiences frequently help us develop resilience. In therapy, my objective is to help you discover your true potential and build the tools you need to confront challenges with confidence. We’ll look at your specific experiences, find areas for improvement, and strive to make long-term changes. Whether you’re dealing with stress, navigating relationships, or conquering personal challenges, I’m here to help you build resilience and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

I am committed to creating a warm, supportive, and culturally inclusive space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions. I understand that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, so I strive to make the process approachable and collaborative. In our initial sessions, we will take the time to build trust, explore your background, and identify patterns that may be influencing your well-being. Together, we will develop a treatment plan tailored to your personal goals, ensuring that therapy moves at a pace that feels right for you.

I am in the process of completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, following my Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Ottawa. I also have experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and the aging community. My background includes supporting elderly and medically vulnerable individuals at the MUHC in Montreal and Alzheimer’s centers, as well as coaching children from various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, including those with learning disabilities.

I use a humanistic, client-centered approach to help you rediscover your strengths. I also incorporate techniques such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and narrative therapy to help you work through obstacles and develop practical skills. I’m comfortable working with individuals, couples, and older adults, and I’m always eager to expand my knowledge, including exploring family counseling in the future. My psychotherapy work at Manotick Counselling is supervised by Allison Goldfield (Registered Psychotherapist). I am accepting new clients for in-person or virtual sessions. If you feel we could be a good match, I’d be happy to connect with you and support you in achieving your goals.
